By using the Taskfav app or the taskfav.com website, you accept the terms below. We have tried to keep this short and human; if anything is unclear, please write to us.
License
Taskfav is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may download the app from the App Store or Google Play, install it on your device, and use it as much as you like. You do not receive any rights to the source code; please do not reverse engineer the app, sell copies, or imitate the brand.
Acceptable use
Use Taskfav in accordance with applicable law. Do not use the app or website to harm others, disrupt systems, or generate harmful content.
Not medical or professional advice
Taskfav offers small daily acts and gentle prompts as a mindfulness companion. It is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. If you are making an important decision or have a health concern, please consult a qualified professional.
”As-is” service
Taskfav is provided as-is and as-available. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taskfav is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the lowest cap permitted by applicable law.
Content
The daily acts, advice, and reflection prompts in the app are written by Taskfav with care. All such content is protected by copyright. It may not be reproduced, redistributed, or republished outside of your personal use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For meaningful changes we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page and notify you inside the app. If you do not wish to accept an updated version, you may stop using the app.
Termination
You may use Taskfav without a fixed term. If we need to discontinue the service, we will give advance notice when possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and execution offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between the parties.
